水处理设备系统 Water Treatment System 一、产品概述: 由于社会的工业生产、人们生活都与水有密切相关,因此,水处理领域涉及的应用范围十分广泛,构成了一个庞大的产业应用。通常来说水处理(water treatment )技术是对水源水或不符合用水水质要求的水,采用物理、化学、生物等方法去除水中一些对生产、生活不需要的有害的物质改善水质的过程,对水做过滤净化处理的这一类设备统称为水处理设备系统。根据不同的水质与不同的用水要求,有着不同的水处理工艺方法,其中通用的水处理工艺是采用“机械过滤+活性炭过滤+微孔过滤+反渗透”的工艺流程方法。 I. product overview: Because of the social production and the people's life, it is closely related to water. According to different water quality and different water requirements, a water treatment process by different methods, including water treatment technology of general is to adopt the "process method of mechanical filtration + activated carbon filtration + micro filtration and reverse osmosis. 二、工艺流程:Process Line 三、工艺说明: 原水在原水箱经原水泵加压经多介质过滤器去除水中的悬浮颗粒及胶体,活性炭过滤器用于吸附水中的**物,经微孔过滤器进一步滤除前级漏过杂质,再由高压泵将进水加压至反渗透膜所需的渗透压,利用反渗透膜的过滤精度选择透过性,不能通过的大部分金属盐类,**物及细菌等就经由另一组管道通往浓水排放管排出系统之外,水分子和较少量的小分子量**物通过膜层,经收集管道后得到纯净水通过产水管进行纯水箱,最后由变频供水泵自动供水送至各个工艺用水点。 四、设备特点: 1)机械过滤器:主要滤除水中的颗粒物和悬浮物,降低SDI、FI值,去除部份水中的微生物,防止水中的颗粒物质和悬浮物堵塞膜组件。利用聚凝剂对胶体及悬浮物的桥架、电中和、保护层破坏等作用,使微粒抱团变大而在多介质过滤器中被去除。 2)活性炭过滤器:主要滤除水中的余氯、小分子**物,除低COD值,防止氧化膜组件、形成膜的**物污染。采用深层低速的吸附特性可截留绝大部份微生物,大大提高RO运行性能,大大降低后级热源的处理强度。 3)阻垢剂计量泵:加阻垢剂用于溶解水中的硬度沉淀硬度的沉淀趋势。 4)微孔过滤器:滤除进水中大于5u的杂质,保护反渗透膜。 5)反渗透器:反渗透处理系统由双级反渗透设备构成,经过预处理的水,在系统中被高压泵加压后,在多段膜中完成脱除大于99%盐、去除全部的悬浮物、色素、热源等操作。 Three, process description: The water in the raw water tank of the original pump pressurized colloidal and suspended particles after removal of multi medium filter, active carbon filter for adsorption of organic compounds in water, the microporous filter further filtering before leakage of impurities, then high-pressure pump inlet pressure to permeate the reverse osmosis membrane required pressure, using reverse osmosis membrane filtration accuracy through the choice, not by most metal salts, organic matter and bacteria through another pipeline to the concentrated water discharge pipe discharged outside the system, water molecules and a few small molecular weight organics by coating, the collection pipeline to obtain pure water pure water tank through the water, and finally by the automatic water supply water supply pumping water to each process.
